Abstract
The development of a classification of state functions and public services performed in the exercise of the powers of the Russian Federation in the field of forest relations transferred to regional state authorities on the basis of part 1 of Article 83 of the Forest Code of the Russian Federation is an urgent task aimed at improving state forest management, optimizing federal budget expenditures, especially in terms of maintenance and activities of the executive authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation. This classification is the basis for rationing the number of regional executive authorities exercising delegated powers in the field of forest relations, and state state institutions subordinate to them. In addition, it creates prerequisites for the digitalization of managerial work in the industry. The practical implementation of an innovative development on the classification of state functions and public services performed in the exercise of the powers of the Russian Federation transferred to the state authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation allowed to standardize and regulate state functions and public services, including in the field of forest relations, to carry out legal regulation of the procedure for determining the normative number of state authorities of the Russian Federation for the exercise of powers Of the Russian Federation in the field of forest relations, transferred in accordance with part 1 of Article 83 of the Forest Code of the Russian Federation, to establish standards of costs for their maintenance.
