Abstract
This article is aimed at highlighting the types of linguistic personality and their peculiarities, the article focuses on the separation of speech owners into linguistic personality types through the text (speech) they have created, as well as on the issue of special language units (indicators) that serve to form its characteristics. Stylistically characterized units also occupy an important place in the formation of the type of linguistic personality, including some units characteristic of their application in colloquial style, contain information about the personal qualities of the owner of speech – social status, social role of the family, gender, age characteristics, attitude to reality, spirituality.
