ON ISSUES OF ENSURING THE PROTECTION OF MOTHERHOOD AND CHILDHOOD IN UZBEKISTAN
Abstract
This article highlights systemic measures, the current legislation and its implementation on the protection and provision of motherhood and childhood, strengthening the health of women and children, improving the reproductive health of women, comprehensively ensuring the birth of a healthy child in our country. At the same time, the author analyzes the legal field of the problem under study, the main legislative acts and tasks within the framework of important areas of their practical implementation. Considering that the topic is relevant for the long-term development of the country, the legal foundations of strengthening the health of mothers and children, maternal and child health in Uzbekistan and the comprehensive measures implemented within this framework, the main directions that require priority attention, the essence of state programs and their phased implementation are revealed.
