FROM THE HISTORY OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF WOMEN'S ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN UZBEKISTAN
Abstract
The article analyzes the policy of Uzbekistan aimed at carrying out systemic tasks to activate women in the socio-economic life of the country. Creation of conditions for conducting private business, expressed initially in the form of home-based work in order to revive national crafts. The use of women’s labor in the production of agricultural products, as well as in the management of farms and dekhkan farms. The activities of women’s organizations aimed at developing the economic independence of women in Uzbekistan, creating conditions for them in matters of business financing, advanced training, etc. are analyzed. The issues of improving the system of employment of women by attracting large industrial enterprises to organize work at home are highlighted.
