Abstract
The article analyzes the adoption of a new European Union strategy for Central Asia and its main directions. The author explores and comments on key areas of the strategy, including transport, energy, digital networks, strengthening public diplomacy, building partnerships and developing sustainable financing through the use of various financial instruments.
