Abstract

This article analyzes the foundations of the history of diplomacy during the reign of Amir Temur. In the 50s and 60s of the XIV century, feudal fragmentation intensified in Movarounnahr. The diplomatic knowledge and experience of Amir Temur played an important role in the formation of a centralized state in Movarounnahr and the creation of a great empire. Amir Temur formed a diplomatic theory and practice based on legality, justice, oriental etiquette. The existing violence in the regions has been eliminated, conditions have been created for the peaceful living of peoples. The diplomatic potential of Amir Temur with various countries of the West and East had a positive impact on the development of all countries involved in the process on the basis of mutually beneficial cooperation.
