Abstract

This article reflects the strategic actions taken on gender issues in foreign countries. The share of women leaders in public administration in Europe, America, the Netherlands, Africa, Asia and other countries is analyzed. In most countries, the attitude towards women's support has become one of the state policy priorities. The number of women in higher education in Karakalpakstan is compared with the share of women in education abroad. The role of women in science and public administration in general is emphasized.
