Abstract

Purpose of the study. To study the features of the course of AGN against the background of connective tissue diplasia in children living in the Surkhandarya region. Materials and methods. We examined 94 children aged 1 to 15 years, living in the Surkhandarya region with AGN, who were treated at the Regional Children's Clinical Hospital. AGN was present in 58 patients with nephritic syndrome, in 22 patients with nephrotic syndrome (NS), in 14 patients the disease was observed with NS and hematuria. All patients underwent a conventional clinical and laboratory examination, which included the identification of CTD and dysembryogenesis stigmas. Results. Examination of 94 children with AGN revealed AP stigmas in 84.04 ± 3.78% of patients and multiple AP stigmas (3 or more) in 39.36 ± 5.04%. Conclusion. The study of the detection of TD stigmas and dysembryogenesis is especially important at this stage due to the deterioration of the environmental situation and the change in the classical clinic of the disease.
