Abstract

This article provides recommendations that need to be taken into account, taking into account world-class achievements in an integrated training process that aims to increase the professionalism of staff. The necessity of clarifying the problem of the educational process through sociological research is substantiated. As a solution to the problem, the effectiveness of interactive methods of teaching collaborative pedagogy is proposed. Detailed information is given on interactive methods that improve the quality of education, increase its effectiveness, determine the interaction between teachers and students, students and groups of students, as well as the team, achieve ideological and spiritual unity, strive for a common goal, realize the inner potential of each student.
