Abstract

It is revealed that young people represent a large social group with specific sociopsychological characteristics. The labor market is described. It was explained that young people are the most vulnerable socio-demographic group in the labor market. It was recommended that changes in all spheres of public life affect the process of adaptation of young people. Youth is one of the most important stages of life, a person acquires new social roles, forming their own requirements, personal hopes and plans. It was clear that the modern labor market forces young people to work together with education. And this has led to an increase in the dynamics of life during the transition period. When studying the characteristics of a modern young employee, it is recommended that his performance be the basis for the evolution of motivation. Helping young people adapt to modern conditions should be an important goal of the state. Information was given about the main institutions that determine the rules and conditions of socio-economic mobility of young people. It was criticized that young people working in conditions of non-guaranteed labor rights are deprived of legal protection. A clear advantage of youth groups focused on the "school – university – work" strategy has been revealed. It was explained that the socio-economic development of the country largely depends on the "youth factor". In conditions of economic instability, young people are considered one of the most vulnerable categories of our population
