ASSESSMENT OF THE CONVERSION OF SOCIAL CAPITAL IN THE UZBEK SOCIETY (MAHALLA)

Abstract

The article examines the activities of Mahalla as a social institution aimed at solving the problems of needy groups. It was also argued that sosial capital can be collected at several levels of society, and they were noted as follows: at the nano-level, at the micro-level, at the meso-level and at the macro-level. It is noted that the neighborhood is the main space, that is, the sosium, which is the basis for the formation of micro-level and meso-level social capital. It basically describes the manifestation of micro-level social capital, that is, in the form of individual trust (self and prospects), friendship (the presence of friends in the life of people), and meso-level social capital in the form of civic activity (activity in public affairs, responsibility) and mutual assistance (the presence of mutual assistance in the life of people). The indicators of assessment aimed at improving the quality of life of the population of our country are being studied.the results of the trial are described in the form of generalized descriptive statistics. It is noted that this descriptive statistics is used mainly for the purpose of providing information and checking the statistics of the country.
