THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF PERSONNEL LABOR INCENTIVES
Abstract
It is well known that in the process of personnel management, their ability to motivate and motivate employees plays an important role, which allows employees to effectively carry out their activities and motivate the organization to achieve its goals. A well-organized motivation system is able to ensure financial stability, innovation, high labor productivity and further development of the enterprise. By studying the needs and interests of employees, managers and HR managers can choose effective ways to stimulate employees that influence them and contribute to achieving certain results. This is a very topical issue, therefore, in this article the author analyzes the theoretical foundations of the incentive process: the concepts of motivation and stimulation, their functions are revealed; motivation theories are presented and the mechanism of motivation system management is considered.
