MAIN FACTORS FOR THE FORMATION OF A PROFESSIONAL PERSONALITY
Abstract
This article lists a number of factors that shape the professional development of a person. Recommendations are proposed that should be taken into account, taking into account world-class achievements in an integrated training process that aims to improve the professional development of staff. The necessity of clarifying the problem of the educational process through sociological research is substantiated. As a solution to the problem, the effectiveness of interactive teaching methods of joint pedagogy is proposed, which form the basic components of the professional culture of students at the initial stage of professional development, ensuring the effectiveness of their further education, development and improvement throughout their lives. Detailed information is given on interactive methods that improve the quality of education, increase its effectiveness, determine the interaction between teachers and students, students and groups of students, as well as the team, achieve ideological and spiritual unity, strive for a common goal, realize the inner potential of each student.
