CHANGES IN THE TECHNICAL CONDITION OF TURKESTAN PRINTING HOUSES IN 1917-1924

Abstract

In this article, in the years 1917-1924, the printing houses in the Turkestan ASSR, the USSR, and the USSR, their material supply and condition, the composition of technical specialists working in the printing house, their monthly salary, and at the same time, the existing obstacles and shortcomings in the operation of the printing houses were analyzed based on historical evidence. Also, in this article, the issues of improving the activities of printing houses, providing them with modern technical equipment, in particular technical equipment brought from foreign countries, and their technical condition, etc.
