Abstract

The article deals with the ideas of language anthropocentrism, the correlation of language and culture, linguo culturology as a product of the anthropocentric paradigm in modern linguistics and the concepts that form the basis of the categorical apparatus of this scientific science - linguistic personality and concept. The idea of the anthropocentricity of language has become the key to modern linguistics. From the point of view of this paradigm, a person cognizes the world through selfconsciousness, theoretical and objective activity in it, and this gives him the right to create an anthropocentric order of things in his mind.
