Abstract

The article describes the psychological, sociological, anthropological, philosophical and cultural aspects of identity in the system of social sciences and humanities. The article analyzes cultural and external influences, their location, climate, ecological situation, political and geographical factors on the need to understand the national identity and identity of peoples and ethnic groups living in the ethno-territorial space. At the present stage of development of Uzbekistan, attention is paid to the social dynamics of the processes of national selfconsciousness of peoples and national research centers in the international arena.
