Abstract
The concept of "poverty" has been given different definitions and descriptions by scientists and researchers. We believe that poverty is a product of the changing income inequality and other social, economic, medical and demographic processes in a market economy, and the lack of the necessary goods for people's minimum consumption. Poverty, on the other hand, is the result of long-term poverty and means that a person does not have the ability to purchase the income and resources necessary for living.
