Abstract

The p-type diamond films were obtained on n-type silicon substrates, by chemical vapor deposition. Studies of morphology and analysis of the Raman spectrum of Raman scattering of light (RSS) showed that there is a 15R-SiC transition nanolayer between the substrate and the diamond film. A white glow with a blue-violet tint was detected when measuring the current-voltage characteristic of the nSi-p15R-SiC $\mathbf{p}\mathbf{C}_{\text{diamon}}$ heterostructure created in this case.
