THE SUITABILITY OF THE CRITERION OF EQUALITY OF LOSSES IN THE CORE AND WINDINGS FOR OPTIMIZING THE WEIGHT AND SIZE PARAMETERS OF THE PARAMETRIC PHASE NUMBER CONVERTER OF THE INDUCTIVE-CAPACITIVE TYPE
Abstract
Artificial phase number converters are used in cases where the available consumers, the number of phases in which differs from the existing one, or in the case when the use of a different number of phases is economically unjustified. The issues related to the optimization of weight and size indicators of single-phase-three-phase parametric type converters based on nonlinear inductive-capacitive circuits are analyzed. The evaluation of the suitability of the criterion of equality of losses in the core and windings for optimizing the parametric converter of the number of phases by the criterion of its minimum dimensions and weight is considered. It is concluded that the criterion of equality of losses in the core and windings is unsuitable for optimizing a parametric phase number converter.
