<strong>Annotation:</strong> <em>This article represents the analysis of foreign practice of mediation in the resolution of criminal law conflicts. As the victim-offender mediation is known more common part of the “restorative justice”, its implementation and mechanism in some developed countries via legal acts analyzed by this approach. </em>
