Abstract

<em>This article discusses the international legal norms establishing responsibility for the legalization of criminal proceeds. The role and significance of the FATF in the application of all FATF Recommendations are analyzed. At the same time, this article analyzes the practical significance of establishing criminal liability for money laundering obtained by criminal means.</em>
