Abstract

<em>This thesis provides detailed information about lobbying, its types and components, as well as the origin and development of this phenomenon and its functions. In addition, the role of this phenomenon in the experience of foreign countries, in particular in the United States, Japan and the EU countries, is illustrated by examples of the consequences of legalizing activities in these countries, along with specific aspects of activity. In addition, information is provided on the contribution of the event to the economic and legal spheres.</em>
