THE IMPORTANCE OF CULTURE IN FORMING A MULTI-STYLE PERSONALITY

<strong>Annotation:</strong> <em>The crisis of the world economy is only the result of the cultural and moral crisis that has arrived</em> <em>its critical point. Modern employees of firms and companies are very poor in creativity, often become an accessory to computers, machines and all kinds of mechanisms. An education dominated by a technical bias alone cannot prepare modern engineers, technologies capable of creating advanced innovative ideas, inventions</em> <em>stop the constant jump of spasmodic economic growth and global economic crises. The article shows one of the ways to develop the creative potential of future technicians. It has been proven that raising the socio-cultural level of children and adolescents, in particular, introducing them to arts and crafts, serves to increase their intelligence and form a well-rounded personality.</em>
