Abstract

Today, large-scale works are being carried out in the railway system to ensure traffic safety and increase operational reliability. Timely detection of faults in rolling stock and timely elimination of this fault will prevent technical and material losses in this area. As a result of these failures, it motivates the development of a rolling stock control and automatic diagnosis system. Traffic control system temperature control of the wheels during braking and in the bushing system, control of the overall dimensions of the wagons, control of wheel defects along the circumference, control of the geometric parameters of the wheels, control of the parameters of the impact mechanism, control of irregular loading of the cars, wheel creep control includes types of doing. If the devices with the above types of control are installed at the entrance to the station, between the stations (peregon) or before the maintenance points of the wagons, until the entry of the rolling stock, complete information about the content arrives. With this information, the correct troubleshooting of the rolling stock and the quality of maintenance are improved. One of the research objects is the system “Complex of technical means multiiunctional” (KTSM).
