Abstract

This article is devoted to the study of the social security of the population, its essence and content. It considers the theoretical foundations of the formation of social security, and to analyze the social security of the population of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the indicator “human development index” for the regions of the republic is calculated and analyzed.
