Abstract

Abstract The article is devoted to the study of anisotropic scattering of charge carriers in double continuous solid solutions of the niobium-vanadium system. It has experimentally investigated the temperature dependence of the Hall coefficient of V, Nb and five continuous solid solutions of V-Nb system at the temperature range 77-1000K. The authors have constructed the concentration dependence of R for the temperature 77K, 300K, 600K and 900K and calculated electronic zone parameters of such samples as concentration of conduction electrons n , Fermi wave vector kf , Fermi velocity vf and Fermi energy Ef using the obtained experimental data on R(T) dependence.
