WAYS TO ENSURE SUSTAINABLE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PENSION SYSTEM IN UZBEKISTAN IN THE FUTURE

Abstract

This article highlights the importance and features of the pension system. It also analyzes the current situation of pensioners and recipients of social benefits. The organization of the pension system, based on the insurance model and having funded components, and its advantages are highlighted. The state of the accumulative pension system is also considered. The ratio of the average monthly wage and the average pension, the coverage ratio in Uzbekistan are analyzed. Proposals and recommendations have also been developed for the stable implementation of the pension system in the future.
