Abstract
A technique for differential diagnosis of dangerous cardiac arrhythmias over short time intervals is proposed. An assessment was made of the possibility of detecting ventricular arrhythmias based on Holter monitoring of the electrocardiogram of patients with a dangerous myocardial infarction based on the analysis and assessment of heart rate variability. The results of clinical studies and comparative analysis of clinical and anamnestic parameters of patients with ventricular arrhythmia are presented. The study was conducted on the basis of the first cardiology department of the multidisciplinary clinic of the Tashkent Medical Academy.
