Abstract

Social consciousness, which is a reflection of social life, has manifested itself in religious, philosophical and mythological forms since ancient times, depending on the development of human consciousness. These areas associated with the spiritual life of society (ethics, religion, art, science, philosophy, politics, law) constitute the methodological basis of the philosophical worldview, together with all the components of social life, as part of religion, which has a social structure, a system of relations and practices, religious consciousness, cult, act as elements such as rituals, religious organizations. According to President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, today's time requires further strengthening of the constitutional foundations of the medical system: “Therefore, in our Basic Law, the issue of turning the domestic healthcare system into a highly qualified modern industry that serves to improve the quality of public health should undoubtedly be expressed in the form of a directly applicable constitutional norm".
