Abstract

The article discusses ways of effective conducting of speaking lessons in high school and in higher educational institutions. As a result, not only speech skills improve, but also oratory skills, critical thinking develop, discussion and dialogue skills, respect for the interlocutor, the ability of using argumentation and evidence during public speeches develop.
