Abstract
The possibilities of video bronchoscopy are shown when removing a large metallic foreign body localized in thetrachea and the left main bronchus, which could not be extracted using a rigid bronchoscope. A metallic foreignbody in the tracheobronchial tree was in the patient for 11 days, later treatment was due to partial obturationand ignoring of clinical manifestations by the patient himself until the development of a picture of respiratoryfailure and pain syndrome.
