Abstract

Abstract The world’s population is increasing by an average of 80 million people per year, in 2025 there will be 8 billion people on the planet. The population of the Republic of Uzbekistan is increasing by 650-670 thousand people per year, it will reach 47 million by 2026. This research was aimed at developing a scientifically based system of organic fertilizers in the cultivation of ecologically clean high-grain crops from white and red amaranth varieties of the amaranth plant in the organic farming method. The results showed that According to the results of the phenological observation of the plants, the germination of white amaranth in the control (without fertilizer) option was 82.4%, and it was determined that it was 95.1% in the option of applying 5.0 tons of biohumus per hectare, and 90.9% in the option of applying 20.0 tons of organic fertilizer (manure) per hectare.
