Abstract
Studying the characteristics of neurological deficits in patients with frailty syndrome is an urgent issue of today's medicine. The development of an algorithm for the early detection of senile asthenia and the optimization of diagnostic and treatment methods based on their multifaceted mathematical analysis is the basis of the treatment of the disease. The article describes the principles of screening, diagnosis and treatment of patients with geriatric asthenia, as well as issues of prevention, rehabilitation and organization of medical care for this category of people, as well as quality control criteria.
