Abstract

Today, business leaders and modern researchers are faced with the issue of organizational culture in the effective management of enterprises. This, in turn, raises the question of determining the type of organizational culture of the enterprise. Knowledge and understanding of the typologies of organizational culture will greatly help managers in conducting organizational diagnostics and creating a strategic plan for the development of the organization.
