Abstract

Numerous studies are being conducted around the world on early diagnosis, treatment and postcovid rehabilitation of patients, in addition, the development and testing of vaccines for specific prevention. In addition, there are studies on the condition of the oral cavity and the relationship of the development of this pathology with the local immunity of the oral cavity. It was found that the lesion of the oral mucosa in COVID-19 demonstrated various clinical aspects, differing in localization, size, color and quantity. The patients had blisters, ulcers, erosions, spots and plaques. But there is still little work on the study of the adaptive mechanism of local immunity in the oral mucosa in coronavirus infection in persons with moderate and severe course.
