Abstract

To date, HIV infection in the Samarkand region has not been studied against the background of giardiasis, its relevance is based on the results of research conducted in foreign countries on this issue. For this reason, the article covers the review of published literature on the epidemiological characteristics, clinical signs and laboratory diagnosis of HIV infection against the background of giardiasis.
