Abstract
Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) causes acute acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) people. HIV is currently assigned to the Retroviridae family and the Lentivirinae subfamily. A characteristic feature of retroviruses is the presence of the reverse transcriptase (RTE) enzyme, which is unique in the composition of their genome. DNA polymerase (revertase), which refers to RTE or RNA, has the property that the genomic bundle in the genome is directed back to the data; normally genetic information is transferred from DNA to RNA.
