Abstract

In the article, the author presents an analysis of the criminological characteristics of the determinants of the emergence of corruption crime in society from a scientific, theoretical and practical point of view. In particular, the reasons and conditions for committing corruption crimes in the social, economic and legal spheres are considered. In addition, the article considers some opinions and comments of researchers and scientists regarding the determinants of the phenomenon of corruption. The changes introduced into the legislation in order to take systemic measures to combat corruption were discussed, and the relevant conclusions and conclusions were presented.
