Abstract

This article discusses the issue of the impact of corporate governance on the value of a business. As you know, corporate governance is represented by several principles of its implementation in specific organizations. And the analysis of the impact of corporate governance on business value should be viewed through the prism of these principles. Compliance or non-compliance with the principles of corporate governance affects the economic performance of the company, such as the valuation of shares, the ability to attract capital, which is considered one of the important factors for business development.
