Abstract
This article explores the potential benefits and challenges of using artificial intelligence (AI) in the process of concluding contracts for telecommunications services. The author argues that AI can streamline the contracting process by automating routine tasks, reducing errors, and providing personalized recommendations based on customer data. However, the article also highlights potential legal and ethical concerns related to the use of AI in contract negotiations, such as transparency, accountability, and bias. Overall, this article provides valuable insights into how AI can transform the telecommunications industry while raising important questions about its implementation and regulation.
