Abstract
The main purpose of functional microendoscopic sinus surgery is to reconstruct the osteomeatal complex area and restore the air exchange and drainage function of the sinuses that have been disabled by physiological pathways. Under the control of an endoscope, purulent and polypous tissue was removed from cells and walls that were disconnected from the polypous tissue.
