The guarantees of ensuring this right are highlighted in the “The Code of Hammurabi”, which is the historical and legal monument of the Eastern peoples; the “Avesta” book of Zoroastrianism; and the “The Law Code of Manu”, which is considered the heritage of the Indian people.
