Abstract

To date in the pathology of childhood respiratory diseases occupies the first place, having a significant impact on infant mortality and the formation of persistent abnormalities in child health, among which a significant role belongs to bronchiolitis whose frequency depends on the period of the year, place of residence, epidemiological situation. As you know, the leading role in the formation and recurrence of many diseases of the bronchopulmonary system is given to inflammation of the respiratory tract. Therefore, the study of various mediators of inflammation allows us to clarify the nature and type of the inflammatory process and thus opens up great opportunities for assessing the severity and predicting the further course of the disease.
