FEATURES OF THE FORMATION AND USE OF HUMAN CAPITAL IN THE NEW UZBEKISTAN

Abstract

The article reveals the main provisions of the concept of human capital development, outlines the types of knowledge, a brief history of the formation and development of this category. The analysis of the development of this concept by scientists of Russia and our country is carried out. Particular attention is paid to the practical actions of the state on the growth of human capital during the period of renewal и нового of Uzbekistan. The author substantiates three fundamental principles underlying his new definition of the category of human capital and its structure.
