Annotation: this article discusses the problems of human resource management in modern enterprises, it talks about the need to improve the human resource management system, puts forward proposals and recommendations for improving the human resource management system in organizations. In conclusion, proposals were developed to solve the problems of human resource management in modern enterprises.
