PROPERTY RELATIONS IN THE NATIONAL ECONOMY, RELIABLE PROTECTION OF THE INVIOLABILITY OF PROPERTY RIGHTS, PROSPECTS FOR INCREASING THE LEVEL OF CAPITALIZATION OF PRIVATE PROPERTY

Abstract

This article provides for the creation of reliable protection of ownership relations and property rights, and the implementation of tasks to eliminate factors limiting these rights. At the same time, the reforms carried out by our government in the development of ownership are highlighted. As a result of the conducted analysis, conclusions were drawn on the abolition of restrictions that directly or indirectly limit the right to own, use and dispose of private property, and prevent the full implementation of market economy principles in property relations.
