AUTOMATED SYSTEM OF QUALITY CONTROL AND MANAGEMENT IN THE PRODUCTION OF REINFORCED CONCRETE PRODUCTS USING MICROPROCESSORS TO CONTROL THE HEAT TREATMENT PROCESS
Abstract
The article describes the application of an automated quality control and management system in the production of reinforced concrete products. The structural diagram and processing algorithms of the microprocessor control system for the thermal treatment process of reinforced concrete products are considered, which allows for an increase in the quality and accuracy of production processes, as well as improved durability and service life of the products. The article describes the technical characteristics of the system and its practical application features. The research results demonstrate the high efficiency and practicality of the microprocessor control system for the thermal treatment process of reinforced concrete products in the production process.
