Abstract

The review discusses the methods for ensuring the main tasks of preventive and individualized premedication in gynecological patients during the perimenopause, the use of various groups of pharmacological agents as a part of premedication, their positive and negative aspects. Operational stress-state of polyfunctional changes that occur in the women`s body under the influence of aggressive factors of surgical intervention.
