MODERN CONCEPTS OF DEGENERATIVE DISEASES OF THE SPINE AND THEIR DIAGNOSIS
Abstract
Objective: Discussion and analysis of the results of the pathogenesis of spinal degenerative diseases and the stage of development of clinical manifestations Material and methods: In 2020-2022, cluster analysis was used to process the standardized clinical and instrumental indicators studied in 64 patients diagnosed and treated with the diagnosis of degenerative diseases of the spinal cord in Samarkand city hospital. Conclusions. Degenerative diseases of the spinal cord have been shown to be a cascading process that develops over time. Clinical manifestations are caused by complex changes, including osteochondrosis, spondylosis, osteoarthritis, which are often aggravated by congenital predisposition. Diagnostic studies are aimed at identifying these changes. It is especially important to determine the compression of the root to choose treatment tactics. Therefore, MRT is the modality of choice. Results. According to the results of multivariate analysis, the pathogenetic factor of degenerative changes was determined by means of instrumental parameters.
