Abstract

The existing methods of analyzing subjective sensations in patients with vestibular analyzer pathology were evaluated. Usually, such patients note a disturbance of balance function, which is almost always accompanied by dizziness. In addition to vestibulometric and audiological examinations, functional computer stabilometry was performed in 36 patients suffering from vestibular dysfunction. Depending on the type of evoked vestibular reactions (central, mixed, peripheral), the sensory, vegetative and somatic components of the vestibular analyzer reaction were analyzed and compared according to their expression at different levels of injury.
